I am very pleased that this image - Elm Seeds - has been selected for this show which is now open at the Salisbury Arts Centre in Wiltshire until 10th October. It is from an ongoing project about an old elm tree that has survived, so far, the Dutch elm disease that has devastated elm trees in the country. In the spring this elm covered the ground in millions of seeds, scattered like confetti. The seeds are just a couple of centimetres across but contain so much unique detail.
